  • Perino® Medley Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 x 350g punnet Perino® Medley tomatoes
  • 90g white anchovies, drained
  • 230g jar pitted green Sicilian olives
  • 230g jar pitted black olives
  • 200g mild green pickled peppers

Method

  1. Have your wooden cocktail sticks on hand
  2. Arrange ingredients in whatever way you would like – we suggest – One tomato, thread an anchovy fillet, an olive (black or green) thread a chilli pepper, and end with another tomato of choice.
  3. Repeat until all the tomatoes have been used
