Bagel wreath

Delicious and nutritious for summer lunching

Product

  • Perino® Red Tomatoes or;
  • Perino® Medley Tomatoes or:
  • Perino® Noir Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 350g Perino® tomatoes – halved
  • Favourite flavour of bagels, halved and toasted
  • 250g spreadable cream cheese
  • 190g pesto
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on one bagel half
  2. Drizzle two teaspoons of pesto over the cream cheese
  3. Arrange Perino® tomato halves in a single layer around the bagel
  4. Garnish with basil leaves
  5. Season
  6. Repeat as above on all the bagel halves
