Caprese Wreath

Time to show off - decoration you can’t resist tucking into

Product

    • Perino® Red Tomatoes or;

    • Perino® Medley Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 350g Perino® tomatoes
  • 220g pot of baby bocconcini
  • fresh basil leaves
  • skewers

Method

  1. Slice the Perino tomatoes in half.
  2. On each skewer place half a Perino® tomato, a baby bocconcini and another Perino® half.
  3. Make a wreath shape with fresh basil leaves, then arrange your tomato and bocconcini skewers on the leaves, with the Perino tomatoes halved in the middle.
  4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
